Bodytuner supports multiple team members and locations. If you run one or more gyms or studios or have a team of exercise professionals working with you then team management may be for you.
Once team management is enabled you can set up additional team members and locations and manage calendars for each of them.
Administrators can be set up who can make bookings on behalf of other team members and new bookings emails are sent automatically to the team members involved.
Team management also includes enhanced reporting to track your business.

Manage your clients. Add and maintain clients and their details. Set client goals to track results against. Sell and manage Session Packs to your Clients and then track how many Session Credits they have remaining as they have bookings with you.
Your clients also have access to their own Bodytuner account where they can log on and check their progress or add results or diary entries themselves.
Bodytuner allows you to enter as many clients as you like - there are no set limits.

Enter and manage your client bookings. Group bookings and recurring bookings are supported and you can choose to have Bodytuner send automated booking reminders to your clients.
You can also choose to track bookings with cash values against them or you can use Session Credits, it's up to you!

Add and track results against a variety of standard categories, or create custom results and track those. Results are presented in both graphical and table formats for ease of use.
For each client you can choose to track some or all results categories, it's up to you and if you want to you can get your clients to enter results themselves as well.
You can also get your clients to enter their food and exercise diaries online and you have immediate access to them!

Want to run Group Challenges? With Bodytuner you can. Just set up a challenge, add clients to it and away you go! Results are analysed for all group members and are visible to all in the group to allow for some friendly competition!
